About me

After graduating from the Inchbald School of Design with distinction in 2017 I was employed at a London company working on large country gardens both in the UK and abroad. These included a new build property with approx. 3 acres of garden and 15 acres of parkland in Hampshire and another new build coastal property in the Bahamas. Both have given me a great deal of experience working with a range of landscapes, materials and planting for different climates. I am now a sole trader working on projects a little closer to home.

I have a strong design background having worked in graphic and web design for 12 years prior to retraining in garden design and my designs are based on good proportions, geometry and balance.

I’ve always been fascinated by plants and trees, this began growing up on my parents organic smallholding in Kent and continues today with my allotment plot in Brighton, a great place to experiment with planting and edibles.

I am lucky enough to live close to the South Downs and regularly take long walks to enjoy the rolling hills and sea views which are a constant source of inspiration.

“The garden is the only part of our living space that is without a practical purpose, it is purely for pleasure and the enrichment of our daily lives.”
